PROCEDURE:
Remove the top valve assembly,fix appropriate cutter and attach to the spindle.Mount H-beam onto valve body and tighten with bolt ＆ nut on both sides.Secure vertically the spindle holder onto the Hbeam by adjusting screw and lock-nut.Gradually operate by turning the handle clockwise to cut the surface of the valve seat.Adjust downward by way of screw and lock-nut to find the best position for precision cutting.
